Job Summary

The Deutsche Bundesbank is seeking four Data Scientists or Economists to join its team in Frankfurt am Main. This role involves developing and optimizing concepts and methods for financial, external, and real economic statistics, while actively contributing to the advancement of statistical procedures. Successful candidates will conduct scientific analyses to support internal decision-making and methodological development, represent the unit in national and international expert committees, and engage in research projects. A key focus will be on expanding digital processes and automating the acquisition, processing, quality assurance, and dissemination of statistics and datasets. The position requires leveraging innovative technologies like APIs, Web Scraping, and Machine Learning for efficient data processing, along with developing and maintaining dashboards and databases for data visualization and provision. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a future-oriented role within the public service.
