Job Summary
As an Electrical Engineer at Lahnpaper GmbH, you will be a key leader, guiding a team of masters, specialists, and apprentices with your expertise and foresight. Your daily responsibilities will include advancing the automation and drive electronics of production facilities, especially those using ABB and Siemens systems. You'll plan and manage the electrification of core processes, focusing on steam generation and drying plants, and develop investment strategies. This role demands a hands-on approach to ensure smooth operations and maintenance, collaborating closely with mechanical and production leadership. You will also manage relationships with authorities, energy providers, and suppliers, while fostering the professional growth of your team. Completed degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable, leading position, ideally in an industrial environment
- Proven experience in leading projects
- Responsibility for ensuring the safety and functionality of EMSR systems

- Must be able to work on-site; remote work is not possible. Proximity to the company location is desirable due to operational tasks and required quick response times. Must be able to assume the role of Responsible Electrical Specialist (VEFK).
