This role is for a Technical Facility Manager or Building Services Technician in Berlin, focusing on the sustainable and reliable operation of a large portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful candidate will leverage their technical expertise to ensure the economic, safe, and value-preserving operation of technical building infrastructure, including approximately 34,000 residential units and 310,000 sqm of commercial space. Key responsibilities involve identifying and assessing technical defects, coordinating external service providers for maintenance and statutory inspections (e.g., elevators, fire alarm systems, drinking water hygiene), ensuring compliance with legal requirements and safety standards, and supporting energy optimization and digitalization of building technology processes.
