Job Summary
This role involves training apprentices in the electrical engineering trade within well-equipped workshops, focusing on practical instruction. The Training Master will also engage with training companies and parents, organize and conduct career fairs and information events to promote the trade, and lead other continuing education and career orientation measures. Key requirements include a Master Craftsman's certificate in electrical engineering or a comparable qualification, extensive professional experience in electro- and information technology trades, especially automation, network technology, and IT fundamentals, along with pedagogical competence. The position offers a collegial work environment within a modern public service institution.
Required Skills

Master Craftsman's certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or comparable qualification that professionally qualifies for training in the electrical trade.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in various areas of electro- and information technology trades, particularly automation technology, network technology, and information technology
- Foundational knowledge in robotics
- Professional experience in practical instruction and training
