Job Summary

This role involves taking on project responsibility at a regional level for the Koblenz Facility Management headquarters, overseeing the expansion of photovoltaic systems across properties in Rhineland-Palatinate, Hesse, and Saarland. The successful candidate will ensure project goals are met within budget, schedule, and quality standards, while meticulously documenting progress. Key responsibilities include coordinating with distribution grid operators, managing tender and award procedures, and approving execution plans. The position requires strong collaboration with internal teams, external service providers, and property users. Additionally, the role involves coordinating preparatory measures such as identifying suitable buildings and areas, procuring necessary plans and documentation, and providing support during the construction and implementation phases. Required Skills

Education

University degree (Diplom [FH]/Bachelor) in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energies, Supply, Energy and Environmental Technology, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in project coordination, preferably in facility management or renewable energy projects.
  • Experience in managing projects related to photovoltaic expansion or similar infrastructure projects.
  • Experience in coordinating with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external service providers, and clients.
  • Experience in managing tender and award procedures.
