Job Summary

This role involves orchestrating the deployment of service personnel for a leading international manufacturer of thermal production solutions and coating technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and aligning service orders both in-house and at customer sites across the EU and USA. This position acts as a crucial interface between service commissioning and technicians, coordinating external services from suppliers and collaborating with other planners on cross-location projects. You will also contribute to the continuous development of personnel planning and development processes, with weekend on-call duty rounding out the responsibilities.
