Job Summary

This role is for a seasoned Director of SAP Enterprise Architecture to lead the transformation of Fresenius's IT landscape, supporting their #FutureFresenius strategy. The successful candidate will be instrumental in creating and maintaining an SAP Enterprise Architecture standard for the SAP S/4HANA Business Transformation program. Day-to-day, this involves driving SAP S/4 best practices, building strategic roadmaps with business units, and evaluating products for the S/4 Digital Core. The role requires a leader who can define and implement IT strategies, collaborate across a large matrix organization, and influence stakeholders up to C-level, ensuring a scalable, unified, and future-ready digital foundation for the company.
