Job Summary

This role is for a Project Engineer specializing in electrical power systems within the railway infrastructure sector, based in the Potsdam region. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful, on-schedule, and budget-compliant realization of multidisciplinary railway infrastructure projects, specifically focusing on electrical systems. Key responsibilities include close collaboration with project managers, overseeing projects from detailed planning through to construction execution, and acting as a primary contact for all internal and external project stakeholders. The role also involves monitoring feasibility studies, cost estimations, and bills of quantities, alongside contract management and the creation, updating, and monitoring of project schedules. Candidates should possess a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related field, coupled with initial experience in contract and change order management and strong knowledge of 50 Hz electrical systems.
