The successful candidate will be responsible for strategically developing and implementing occupational health management initiatives, including designing and evaluating health-promoting measures like stress prevention and ergonomics. They will also lead and document occupational integration management discussions, coordinating rehabilitation measures with internal and external partners. Additionally, the expert will support occupational safety activities, advise leadership on risk assessments, develop training concepts, and manage digital health and safety resources.
