Job Summary

This role involves providing essential onsite IT support to users, focusing on maintaining and troubleshooting IT infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include performing onsite support and IMAC (Installs, Moves, Adds, Changes) services, resolving tickets, setting up and dismantling workstations, and managing printers and mobile devices. The specialist will also handle standard software deployment and provide technical assistance for meetings. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or a related field, possess experience with onsite support and ticketing systems, and be proficient in Windows 10 and 11.
