Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Technician to support a leading IT service provider's client, DLR, primarily in the Dresden area with occasional travel to other German cities. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and rollout of client hardware, performing technical function tests, and documenting results. Key tasks also include processing service requests and incidents within the Windows client environment, providing user consultation for WDS, and managing checklists and asset data. Collaboration with specialized teams for network component setup and dismantling is also a core part of the job.
