Job Summary

This role is for an Onsite IT Support Technician who will be responsible for providing crucial hardware and software support directly at client locations. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, configuring, and deploying new workstations, including Teams telephony, as well as maintaining and troubleshooting various hardware and media technology. The technician will also manage asset inventory and customer hardware storage. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT system integration or electronics, extensive experience in hardware support, and strong problem-solving skills, ensuring a customer-friendly approach to resolving IT issues.
