The position involves handling electronic tickets in 1st and 2nd level support, setting up and configuring PCs, laptops, and tablets, and installing software. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration, IT System Electronics Technician, or comparable qualification

- Good knowledge of standard hardware
- Experience with Google Suite
