This role is for an IT Service Desk Specialist who will be the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing user support for disruptions and problems, identifying and verifying errors, and resolving issues remotely. The specialist will also prioritize and classify inquiries using a ticketing system and maintain documentation within a knowledge database.
