Job Summary
This Development Engineer role involves the comprehensive design and integration of electronic and mechatronic systems, ensuring they meet specified requirements. A key aspect of the position is defining and designing critical interfaces to guarantee compatibility across various platforms, weapon systems, subsystems, and components. The successful candidate will also manage and coordinate technical communication with subcontractors and development partners, overseeing the production of prototypes. A significant part of the role includes analyzing and evaluating test results against requirements, generating detailed reports, and conducting thorough research. This position requires a Master's degree in engineering, with a preference for Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, coupled with experience in developing complex multi-subsystem projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual thinking, a results-oriented approach, and excellent communication skills.
