Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support / Helpdesk Specialist to join a growing company within the EDEKA group, focusing on maintaining and evolving the IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling IT incidents and requests via a ticketing system, performing troubleshooting for hardware and software issues, and managing mobile devices (iOS & Android). Additionally, the role involves supporting internal training for Microsoft Office and IT usage, and participating in an on-call rotation. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist, IT Systems Management Assistant, IT Technician, or equivalent practical experience
Experience
- Completed vocational training (e.g., IT Specialist, IT Systems Management Assistant, IT Technician) or comparable practical experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PC hardware, iOS, and Android devices
- Experience with passive network infrastructures (copper and fiber optics) is a plus
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
