Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist responsible for providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level support for a client's IT environment and applications. Key responsibilities include managing inquiries and incident reports, prioritizing, classifying, and documenting issues within a ticketing system, and ensuring continuous IT operations through monitoring tools while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The specialist will also handle communication and coordination with clients and higher-level support units (3rd level support). This position offers the opportunity to contribute to process improvement and take on responsibilities in hardware and software areas after an initial training period. It's an attractive opportunity for a service-oriented professional who enjoys a dynamic, team-based environment and is comfortable with shift work.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification. Open to career changers with relevant professional experience.

- Experience working in a customer-facing role
