Job Summary
This role is for a Project Manager specializing in Electrical Engineering and Energy Supply within an industrial setting. The successful candidate will independently manage projects from technical and commercial assessment to completion, including employee and material disposition. Key responsibilities involve coordinating project workflows, schedules, and subcontractors, conducting regular site meetings with clients, and collaborating internally with construction managers, fitters, planners, and the calculation team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, empathy, and the ability to mentor team members. Required Skills
Education
Completed electrical engineering training (e.g., Electrician for Industrial Systems or Energy and Building Technology) with further training as a Master Craftsman/Technician, or a completed engineering degree, preferably with a focus on electrical power engineering.
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in project management and control within the energy supply sector
- Experience with VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures)
