Job Summary

The Ministry of Justice and Health of Schleswig-Holstein is seeking an IT Project and Process Manager to drive the digitalization of the justice system in Kiel. This role involves planning, preparing, and leading IT organizational and digitalization projects within the Schleswig-Holstein judiciary, as well as representing the state in inter-state project committees. A key responsibility will be IT process management, focusing on designing, implementing, training, and developing essential IT processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Access, and Configuration Management, often aligned with ITIL® standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a structured and goal-oriented approach, and excellent communication and cooperation abilities to work effectively with various justice institutions and external partners.
