Job Summary
This role is for an IT 1st Level Support Specialist who will be the first point of contact for technical issues, primarily handling incoming service requests via phone and chat. Key responsibilities include adhering to Service Level Agreements for assigned tickets, attempting to resolve technical issues independently, and escalating complex problems to 2nd level support when necessary. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong customer service skills, and proficiency in common Microsoft applications.
