As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of IT hardware and software, from installation and configuration to ongoing support. You'll provide essential 1st and 2nd-level onsite support, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and assist users with mobile devices. Additionally, you will handle simple network support tasks like configuring switches and access points, manage IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) orders, and meticulously document all activities in asset and ticketing systems.
