Job Summary
This role is for an ambitious individual to join FERCHAU, focusing on leading hardware development projects for various clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for comprehensive project planning, including defining timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget management. Day-to-day tasks involve monitoring development progress against functional, schedule, and cost targets, coordinating with relevant departments to implement corrective actions, and collaborating with commercial project controlling. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electronics, computer science, automation, or electrical engineering with a focus on hardware, coupled with practical experience in circuit design and hardware development processes like the V-Model. Proficiency with ECAD tools and excellent communication skills in both German and English are essential for success in this dynamic environment.
