Job Summary

This role is for an experienced Hardware Service Technician who will serve as the primary on-site contact for all technical issues. Day-to-day responsibilities include performing repairs and maintenance on hardware, managing billing for these services, and providing comprehensive technical support directly at client locations. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical understanding, significant experience in hardware repair, and proficiency with Apple operating systems and products. A certification as an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) is highly desirable.
