Job Summary

This full-time position in Halberstadt, Germany, offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled PLC Technician specializing in maintenance and automation within a dynamic logistics environment. The role involves ensuring the highest availability of PLC-controlled conveyor and storage systems through comprehensive maintenance, inspection, and repair. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving electrical, mechanical, and software-related issues, particularly with Siemens S7 / TIA Portal controls, and optimizing PLC programs for performance. This role requires a proactive approach to preventive maintenance, supporting the commissioning of new automation modules, and contributing to continuous improvement processes. Ideal candidates will possess strong technical skills in automation and PLC programming, coupled with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a shift-based system.
