As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be instrumental in coordinating and tracking customer and user inquiries, ensuring smooth service operations. Your daily tasks will involve supporting the communication and resolution of service degradations and outages, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and capacity utilization to drive continuous improvements. You will also guide changes within the CAB process and assist in the commissioning of new functions. A critical part of the role is managing daily operations with provider support, handling international incidents and outages, and enhancing processes within Incident and Knowledge Management.
