Job Summary

This role is for an IT Support Specialist who thrives on direct client interaction and hands-on technical problem-solving. You will be the on-site hero for a major European IT service provider, addressing a variety of hardware and software issues for end-users. Your daily tasks will involve resolving incidents, performing installations, moves, and changes (IMAC), troubleshooting network problems, and supporting mobile devices like iPhones and Androids. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT support, excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, and mobile operating systems, and the ability to maintain composure while assisting users.
