Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be instrumental in operating and supporting standard software and its underlying IT infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve independently analyzing and resolving local IT/telecommunications infrastructure issues, performing maintenance and updates on hardware and software products, and managing installations, changes, and commissioning of client hardware and software. You will also provide brief introductions to new hardware/software for end-users. This role requires meticulous planning of installation orders, active participation in IT/telecommunications infrastructure migration projects, and continuous process optimization. You will be responsible for technical documentation of components, connections, and network-relevant information. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills in IT service, including experience with MS-Office, ITSM ticketing systems, and Cisco network solutions.
