As a Customer Relations Expert, you will be responsible for resolving complex and sensitive customer cases, going beyond standard frontline support. This role involves in-depth investigations, reviewing past interactions, and collaborating closely with internal teams like Legal, Logistics, and Payments, as well as external service providers. You will take ownership of escalated issues, provide feedback to enhance service quality, and identify opportunities for process improvement to prevent future problems. The position requires a meticulous, empathetic, and quality-driven individual who can thrive in ambiguity, communicate effectively across various channels, and protect the brand's reputation by managing high-risk escalations.
