Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive design, implementation, and management of Microsoft 365 solutions, with a particular emphasis on MS Teams. The specialist will lead projects for introducing or enhancing Microsoft 365 solutions and MS Teams, providing expert consultation and support to users to maximize their utilization. A key responsibility includes developing strategies for user adoption and providing 3rd level support for technical issues related to Microsoft 365, especially MS Teams. There is also potential for integrating and automating processes using the MS Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT, extensive experience with Microsoft 365 and MS Teams, and excellent communication skills.
