Job Summary
This role involves the independent management and operation of IT systems and infrastructure, providing 2nd and 3rd level support for database operations and Document Management Systems (DMS). The specialist will coordinate and plan the introduction of new interfaces between DMS and specialized applications, collaborating with internal departments and external companies. A key part of the role is also the maintenance, expansion, and strategic development of the IT landscape, focusing on optimizing IT processes within the MSQL-Server environment. This position is ideal for a proactive IT professional with a strong background in server and database management, eager to contribute to the ongoing digitalization efforts of a public administration.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Administrative Informatics, or comparable qualification; OR completed training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) or comparable training with relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT system and infrastructure support
- Proven practical experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2016 and higher
- Proven practical experience with Microsoft Windows 11
- Proven practical experience with MSQL-Server
- Experience with enaio® Document Management Software is desirable, or willingness to learn
