Job Summary

As a Process Manager, you will be instrumental in optimizing and evolving the company's ERP systems, with a strong focus on forecast and capacity planning functionalities. Your daily tasks will involve leading and executing projects aimed at enhancing system capabilities, providing crucial support at the interfaces of existing systems, and contributing to the development of Business Intelligence tools. You will also play a key role in ERP system rollouts, from conceptualizing and implementing new capacity planning processes to system parametrization and data maintenance. This role requires a professional with strong communication skills, a responsible and goal-oriented approach, and the ability to drive initiatives effectively, ideally with a background in engineering, IT, or business administration.

Required Skills

Education

Completed relevant vocational training or university degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Business Administration)

Experience

  • Professional experience with ERP systems, ideally SAP
  • Experience in supporting system interfaces and developing BI tools
  • Experience in supporting and accompanying ERP rollouts
  • Experience in conceptualizing, implementing, and testing new capacity planning processes
