Job Summary

This role involves overseeing and maintaining electrical systems within buildings at the Cologne-Riehl location for a municipal social services provider. The successful candidate will independently perform repairs and maintenance across various technical areas (E, H, L, S, K), and coordinate with external specialists for larger projects, meticulously documenting all activities. Key qualifications include a completed electrician apprenticeship in energy and building technology, several years of professional experience, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The position requires a high degree of resilience, commitment, and empathy when interacting with seniors and people with disabilities, along with a willingness to participate in shift work, 24-hour on-call duty, and winter service. A Class B driving license is also essential.
