Job Summary

This role involves developing new PLC programs and software solutions, integrating and programming robots, camera, and screwing systems into existing facilities. The successful candidate will address quality and OEE-relevant process issues, optimize existing processes for cost savings, stability, and safety, and conduct root cause analysis for production projects, ensuring proper documentation and implementation of solutions. Key responsibilities also include identifying and realizing OEE improvement potentials and resolving complaints stemming from process errors. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in mechatronics or automation technology, possessing strong PLC programming experience, particularly with Simatic and TIA. Experience in the automotive supplier industry is a plus, along with knowledge of production processes, KVP, LEAN methods, and quality techniques.
