As an IT Support Specialist, you will be a key member of the client-facing team, primarily focused on providing comprehensive IT support for Windows 10 clients and network infrastructure. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring IT workstations, offering specialized support for users with high security requirements (Restricted User Support), and managing industrial PCs (IPCs) from procurement to disposal. This includes on-site service, inventory management, incident resolution for hardware and software issues, and regular maintenance. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to remote IT infrastructure operations, gaining exposure to storage, virtualization (NetApp, Nutanix, VMware), and backup solutions (VEEAM). The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, strong service orientation, and collaborative teamwork within a supportive environment, offering continuous learning and development opportunities.
