Job Summary

As a Building Services Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive monitoring, maintenance, and repair of various building systems, including climate control, heating, electrical, and plumbing. Your daily tasks will involve conducting inspections, functional tests, and minor repairs, as well as reporting and tracking malfunctions while coordinating with external specialized companies. You will also provide support for conversion measures, manage space changes, and ensure the control of safety and emergency systems in compliance with regulations. Maintaining technical documentation and reports is also a key part of this role.
