Job Summary
This role involves the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and sanitary systems. The technician will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical defects, performing regular inspections, maintenance, and repair work, and implementing modernization measures in building services engineering. A key part of the job is also documenting all completed tasks according to operational standards and collaborating with other trades and external service providers. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning systems (SHK), central heating and ventilation installer, or comparable qualification
Experience
- • Professional experience in technical building equipment or customer service (advantageous)

- Driving license Class B required; Willingness to work shifts (including 12-hour shifts)
