The Head of Finance will be instrumental in ensuring, managing, and developing a proper and future-oriented financial management system for the German Disabled Sports Association (DBS). This role involves comprehensive financial planning, budgeting, and ongoing controlling of the association's budget and its sub-budgets, including detailed analysis of deviations and forecasting impacts for various reports. Key responsibilities also include overseeing financial accounting, supporting payroll, managing liquidity, and coordinating with banks and financial authorities. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in financial and accounting principles, particularly within non-profit organizations, and a proven track record in financial leadership.
