This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will act as a key user for clients, strengthening their IT infrastructure. The position involves creating training materials, conducting employee training, and providing end-user support during and after system go-lives. A significant part of the role includes troubleshooting SAP-related issues (ERP & EWM), contributing to process optimization, and participating in various SAP and SAP-adjacent projects like document management and e-learning.
