Job Summary

This role is for a Project Engineer specializing in SCADA Communication Gateway components within HVDC control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining specifications and manuals, clarifying signal lists with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the central control system signal database. Key tasks include configuring the central data gateway (IPCOMM ipConv) and other protocol converters, ensuring seamless system integration and commissioning in test setups, and supporting acceptance tests. This position requires a strong technical background in electrical engineering, automation, or computer science, coupled with experience in control systems for power transmission and SCADA systems. The role is based in Erlangen and Forchheim, offering a chance to work with a leading energy company.
