Job Summary
This role involves providing crucial development support for the system infrastructure of MR (Magnetic Resonance) systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing system cabling in new projects, managing internal and external cable and cooling modifications, and validating hardware for MR system infrastructure. Key tasks also include creating and modifying wiring and circuit diagrams, preparing essential documentation like requirement specifications and integration specifications, and assisting procurement with supplier selection and qualification. Additionally, the role supports manufacturing and service departments and supervises student workers. This position offers a chance to work with a leading healthcare technology company, contributing to cutting-edge medical systems.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or certified Technician with several years of professional experience
Experience
- Professional experience in system and component wiring and cable design
- Experience in Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer (especially for cooling circuits, liquids, and heat exchangers) (desirable)
- Experience in the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning industry (desirable)
