Job Summary

This role is for an IT Service Technician to join an automotive supplier company with multiple locations in Germany, specifically at the Wemding site. The position involves the installation and configuration of hardware and software, executing rollouts, and providing both remote and on-site support for IT issues. Key responsibilities include resolving IT problems promptly, managing diverse technical tasks in the data center, and meticulously documenting all activities in a ticketing system. The successful candidate will also be responsible for system setup, network configuration, and hardware commissioning at client sites. This is a full-time, permanent position, initially through an employee leasing arrangement with Setcomp, a sub-company of Comarch S.A., known for its global IT solutions and emphasis on professional and ethical conduct.
