Job Summary
As the Head of IT Department, you will lead a team of 10 professionals, taking full responsibility for the strategic planning, management, and operational oversight of the company's IT resources. This includes managing the entire IT infrastructure, from workstations and lab equipment to server landscapes, and driving the continuous development of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). You will also oversee software development for lab-specific applications and customer portals, manage databases, and provide support for key business systems like SAP and CRM. This role is ideal for an experienced IT leader looking to drive innovation and ensure robust IT operations within a dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science or comparable qualification
Experience
- Several years of leadership experience in an IT department
- Practical experience with Information Security Management Systems (ISMS)
- Profound knowledge in network administration, software development, and virtualization
- Experience in database management with MS SQL Server including interface development
- Experience with SAP, Cobra CRM, Windream DMS, and Power BI analysis creation
