Job Summary

This role is for a passionate IT professional to join an IT system house, focusing on the planning, implementation, and ongoing development of Voice over IP (VoIP) solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for integrating telephone systems into existing IT infrastructures, providing user training, and ensuring the continuous monitoring, maintenance, and innovation of VoIP systems. They will also act as a creative problem-solver for complex customer requirements, including troubleshooting connectivity, voice quality, and fax issues. The ideal candidate will be an expert in telephone systems and Unified Communications, with a background in IT or a strong digital passion, and excellent communication skills for teamwork and client interaction.
