Job Summary
This role is for an IT System Engineer focused on providing comprehensive first-level user support and contributing to the IT infrastructure. Day-to-day, you will be the primary point of contact for users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and managing user accounts and permissions. A significant part of the role involves monitoring IT infrastructure, particularly providing second-level support for collaboration tools like Microsoft 365, Exchange, and VoIP telephony. You will also be responsible for installing and deploying specialized applications and setting up and maintaining IT workstations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach, eager to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to technological progress.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist with a focus on System Integration or comparable qualification
Experience
- Experience with ticket systems
- Good technical understanding of hardware and software
- Professional experience with M365 Services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams), Endpoint Manager (Intune), or Entra ID is a plus
