Job Summary

This role involves contributing to project planning and implementation preparation, developing technical concepts and solution scenarios, and creating comprehensive documentation for IT solutions, including operational manuals. The IT System Engineer will also be responsible for developing and implementing projects in enterprise storage and backup, meticulously documenting technical details, and ensuring smooth IT operations for clients. This includes handling customer-specific support requests and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will have completed vocational training as an IT Specialist or hold a technical degree, possess extensive experience in storage and SAN technologies, and have strong knowledge of backup hardware and software, as well as server hardware. A C1 level in German is required for this position.
