Job Summary
This role is for a Service Level Agent providing remote IT support to clients in the German banking sector. The successful candidate will handle tickets, resolve incidents within 1st and 2nd level support, and perform remote analyses. Key responsibilities include managing and documenting disruptions using a ticketing system, adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and utilizing Incident and Change Management processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in IT, strong ITIL knowledge, and experience with ITSM tools.
