Job Summary

This pivotal role involves the strategic and operational leadership of the Electrical Engineering plant construction division, focusing on power supply systems of various scales. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from technical and commercial execution to budget adherence, quality control, and timely invoicing. Key responsibilities include managing construction projects in electrical engineering, ensuring compliance with technical and economic specifications for medium and low-voltage systems, and meticulously reviewing billing-relevant documents. The role also encompasses processing tenders, calculating offers using ProBauS, and fostering client relationships. A significant aspect is the leadership and professional development of a team comprising students, fitters, senior fitters, and project managers, with a direct reporting line to the management.
