This role involves providing comprehensive 1st and 2nd level IT support and services to a diverse range of business clients, focusing on network administration, server and client operating systems, hardware, data backup, IT security, virtualization, and cloud solutions within a Microsoft environment. The specialist will handle telephone customer support, resolve IT issues, and proactively maintain client IT systems through remote and on-site support. Key responsibilities also include advising on, planning, and implementing individual customer projects, as well as installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft Windows systems.
