Job Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of projects, from planning and communication to successful implementation. You will act as the key liaison between clients, consortium partners, and internal departments, ensuring that all technical, economic, and contractual objectives are met. Your day-to-day will involve leading project kick-offs, team meetings, and reviews, while also managing work packages, analyzing customer specifications, and implementing contract adjustments. A critical part of the role includes proactive claim and risk management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards. This position is ideal for a structured, solution-oriented professional with strong communication skills and a background in technical project management, particularly in plant engineering or energy technology.
Required Skills
Education
University degree, ideally in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable technical field (e.g., Diploma Engineer or Master's)
Experience
- Professional experience in technical project management
- Experience in plant engineering or energy technology (ideal)
- Experience with tools for project planning and control
