As an IT Specialist (User Helpdesk Consultant) at AUMA, a global leader in electric actuators and valve gearboxes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the central IT systems for the entire AUMA group. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve providing 1st and 2nd-level support for IT incidents and service requests, with a strong focus on infrastructure and client systems. You will also be instrumental in identifying, documenting, and optimizing vulnerabilities within the IT infrastructure, managing the knowledge base for end-users and IT teams, and overseeing the installation, administration, maintenance, and procurement of hardware and software. This position requires a highly motivated team player with a strong service-oriented mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with international users and external partners in both German and English.
